Mahatma Gandhi Central University is a new central university established by the Govt. of India by an act of Parliament. It is a fast growing institution of higher learning. We are relatively a new academic organisation, but we have carved out a road-map for a long journey. Institutional excellence with global outlook clubbed with sustainable resource generation system is our vision of the University. MGCUB is an important milestone in the history of Champaran. The university is a result of relentless struggle and its establishment had fulfilled long standing desire of people of Motihari, Bihar. Despite all the hurdles and constraints, the University is moving ahead and is continuously achieving new heights in academics and co-curricular. The University is endeavouring to provide all possible courses and programmes for intellectual as well as professional development of our students.
