Chartered Accountants was registered as sole proprietorship firm in 1983 to do practice Mr. Ashraful Haque qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1970. Thereafter he joined M/s A.F Ferguson & Co, Chartered Accountants in 1970.He also served as Chief Accountant of ICI Group of Companies in Bangladesh.From 19 August, 2007 the firm has been converted into partnership under the name and style Ashraful Haque Nabi & Co. by taking a new partner, Mr.Shahidun Nabi who passed Chartered Accountant Examination in 1980 and has vast experience as Head of Accounts & Finance in big commercial organizations like Fisons Bangladesh, ACI and Cotton Group Ltd.The firm is now engaged in the external and internal audit of various organizations (List attached).
