We are a yoga studio in Coquitlam BC, that incorporates ancient traditions and philosophy from India, which is the root and source of yoga itself. We strive to make a difference in the lives of our students and the community around us through our offerings of authentic yoga in Coquitlam. We believe that yoga is not only for flexible, lean-bodied people. The essence of yoga draws from the fact that the breath is the ultimate life-source in your body.
