My name is Jaime Voss and I am a licensed psychologist in private practice at Fortitude Psychology. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals who are ready to make significant changes in their lives. I believe people are incredibly resilient in the face of adversity. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. I have over 10 years of clinical experience in a variety of treatment settings, including college counseling, corrections, and outpatient clinics. I have worked primarily with adults in providing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, as well as conducting comprehensive psychological assessments. I specialize in treating adults with mood and anxiety disorders using a collaborative approach. I offer a variety of evidence-based psychotherapies to address your specific mental health needs and preferences. My style is integrative and I draw from a number of theoretical orientations in my work, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
