The owners of WinStar Insurance Group are Barbara Marzean, Stephanie Dew and Glenn Hastings. Regnier & Associates, Inc. was founded in May of 1982 by Cynthia Regnier and has been the Texas Regional Director for VFIS since 1985. In 1992, with the continued success and growth of the VFIS program, the agency chose to devote their time and resources exclusively to the VFIS program. With a 98% client retention rate, VFIS of Texas has developed a lasting relationship with the Emergency Service community. WinStar Insurance Group LLC also dedicates our time insuring wineries, breweries, distilleries, water districts, private ambulances, & more and is dedicated to continuing the vision and commitment that Regnier & Associates, Inc. has provided for the past 34 years. We promise to continue to provide the high level of service that our clients have come to know and expect.In 2019, we have added AIA Insurance Agency to the WinStar Family. We now offer insurance programs for water supply corporations and related entitles throughout Texas.
