At Haven Recruiting, we recruit dentists for part time and full time positions in the Atlanta area. We work hard to take as much of the burden off our clients as possible. We begin by gathering candidates who meet the preliminary requirements and use residential locations to find practices that are within a reasonable commute of 45 minutes or less. Then we refine our list based on both what the practice and the dentists are looking for, and we ultimately help negotiate terms. We have a no obligation placement agreement, and no payment is due until 30 days from the first working day.We guarantee that our method will optimize placement time and greatly reduce the amount of work required by clients by first gathering as much information as possible, analyzing that data, and finally presenting candidates to the client. Per our contract, practices will owe nothing for 30 days, and payments after that period will be prorated for 6 months. We also place candidates within a 45 minute commute to help keep people closer to home and family.
