We are Optimal Tools, a bespoke IT support and services company for small to medium businesses across London. We've been trading for the last 11 years and provide advice and practical support on anything containing a microchip for companies that don't want the inconvenience and cost of their own IT staff. The mainstay of our business is IT support, but we also help out clients with telephone systems, mobile phones, websites and internal databases, and can even code new custom systems in house. We deliver a far more personal service that our bigger competition - you always call us direct and are never filtered through a call centre, and the majority of times we can help fix things over the phone straight away. The vast majority of our new business comes from referrals, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our service that we deliver at a very competitive price. We're obsessed with technology and keep up to date with all the latest products and software across the industry, but we also understand that you can't risk your productivity on unproven technologies, and there is often the need to extend the life of equipment as far as is practically possible. Wherever possible we don't use any technical jargon, and if we have to we'll always explain exactly what it means - there's nothing worse that technical people trying to use language to deliberately mislead and confuse people. To sum us up, our goal is to provide small business with big business IT services for a fraction of the cost, and far more convenience.
