We specialize in personal training on a scientific level, an ELEMENTAL movement level. Our philosophy is to blend and incorporate true human movement involving total body synergistic movements and core muscles! This is how our body is designed to move! We work by incorporating the most natural, efficient, safe and results proven techniques to improve health, fitness and performance.We have group classes, private and personal 1 on 1 training, partner training, and semi-private training. Special programming is designed to improve your fitness for your goals. Specific programming can be incorporated for strength, power, sports and specialty events such as obstacle course races or other events.We also build a program for eliminating any preexisting imbalances and preventing future imbalances which could lead to pain, injury or decline in health or performance!Established in 2012.I've established this business as a model of legit functional training. Through the incorporation of nutritional advice and supplemental health and fitness information we look to change lifestyles. The business is designed to help people make the next step in their fitness goals as well as helping to guide in every step after that one!My background is as a physical education and health teacher first (as well as sports coach). I continued my education with a Master's degree in Exercise Science and continue to pursue more education and experience in training, health, nutrition and performance to help others. This business has been a 15 year process of education and experience of myself and others pursuing our goal of health, fitness and performance.
