Our most popular service is our custom alterations. This can be anything from Bathroom/Kitchen/Deck and Window alterations to Multi Story Additions. When you first contact Measure and Draw we will give you the care and attention that you deserve. We have different processes for each job and for each client depending specifically on your needs. Generally this process begins with us giving you a quote. In order to do this we will sit down with you and discuss your building project and whether a resource consent, survey , CCTV or Geo-technical report is first required. Once you are ready to proceed, we will laser measure you property or convert existing plans to digital CAD files. We then will come up with your first set of concepts and correspond with you via email or office visits until your plans are exactly what you desire. The plans are now ready to be released for quotes and comments from you builder. If a structural engineer is required for calculations we will use one of our associate engineers or forward the plans to the engineer of your choice. Measure and Draw will complete your council consent application which requires your signature, council deposit and Certificate of Title. If no further changes are requested by council, your plans and documentation will be ready for collection upon final council payment. Should council require further changes, Measure and Draw will liaise with them until approved. You will now be ready for the building Stage.
