After spending 8 years in London working for some of the finest restaurants, Chef JPS Gaur has decided to come to Delhi to be a part of a new venture i.e. Dudleys. Having worked with world renown chefs like Gary Rhodes, Alexis Guillemot and Dave Faucher, he brings with him a sophisticated cooking techniques and methods from his previous roles as head chef, along with several new flavours and dishes from the UK. One of which is the much vaunted and awaited Blue Cheese Burger.
