TruCapacity was founded by James Gillespie in 2020 to empower fitness coaches/trainers to reach their greatest heights. Formal CPT training addresses anatomy, training methology and corrective exercise - but it completely leaves out actionable recommendations or training on business essentials: sales, media, and marketing. Rather than continue to consult with clients in the fitness space, James decided to start an agency to help trainers with everything that they didn't have the capacity for. Business understanding is a limiting factor for any business, so why not come together and have that handled for you? Trainers should focus on client interaction, program design and increasing the applicable training knowledge. From this, TruCapacity was born. Our organization is not one that gets paid and then promises results. We receive payment when you receive payment; we feel it's important to earn your business every month.
