Our mission is to provide oral and maxillofacial surgery with integrity, compassion, and excellence. You will be treated with kindness, concern, and consideration. As someone who has chosen us as one of your healthcare providers, you are very important to us; and we want you to know that we truly care about you. Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Our surgeons, Dr. Parmer and Dr. Macholl, have also completed medical school as part of their training. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, our office manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Dr. Parmer and Dr. Macholl practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We also diagnose and treat pathology (lesions) of the mouth and jaws, facial injuries, and fractures of the face among other face and mouth related procedures.
