In 2005, Mark Perkins had a vision for a water/wastewater engineering firm that would provide specialty consulting services to both municipal and industrial water and wastewater system owners and operators. Since then, we've offered significant experience and expertise with personnel educated in Civil, Environmental, and Chemical Engineering while emphasizing responsive, personalized service. Our team is located in offices in Arlington and Austin, Texas with individual engineers licensed in Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, California, Washington, and North Carolina.
