Foundry Machinery & Spares Ltd was started from a small 95sq/m industrial premises by father and son team Tony and Craig Perkins in 1999 when it was decided to purchase the assets and intellectual property and copyrights of Award Manufacturing and Integrated Sand Systems. (Award Integrated Sand Systems) The previous companies were both considered ground breaking leaders in the supply of equipment for the preparation and handling of chemically bonded sand moulds now recognised as No-Bake moulding. FMS Ltd have continued this work and established ourselves amongst the leading suppliers of continuous sand mixers, sand reclamation and sand handling equipment and a full complement of handling equipment for moulds of all sizes to an increasingly wide market. We now operate from our combined two large industrial units where we carry out all our in house design, manufacture, assembly and pre-delivery inspections for new and existing customers. FMS have worldwide representation with an export portfolio exceeding 50 countries, we have an impressive portfolio product range which is part of our continued research and development. To compliment the FMS product range we are the exclusive partners and distributors of the Transtek Foundry Equipment range which includes the patented Rapid Moulding Line. FMS pride our self as a company focused on continuous improvement and development. We feel this is of upmost importance to our customers as the nature of such a specialised industry needs suppliers who understand the industry as well as offering 100% customer satisfaction.
