BWP provides Building Surveying, Project Management and FM services on a national basis to both the private and public sector. BWP was established with the aim of providing a personal service to our clients, something which we believe has been overlooked in recent years as the larger multi-disciplinary practices strive for greater profit margins. The majority of our client base are either long term repeat business clients or referrals from existing clients. Each and every appointment is undertaken by Directors within the firm resulting in the highest levels of expertise in all cases and because we manage our overheads minimising these wherever possible it results in Best Value being achieved. We also add value to our clients' businesses through our full and comprehensive understanding of the sectors in which we operate and the services which we provide. BWP staff have experience client-side as well as within consultancy which we believe assists us in understanding what our clients want in terms of our services and the way these are best delivered. We have in-depth experience across all Services currently provided which have been developed over the last fifteen years.
