And after setting up all the systems and processes, they realized that they could offer outside clients the same high quality of service. In operation since 2012 as a BPO firm with over thirty full-time staff and over five departments, eLink Systems has expanded to provide the same great service to different clients in Australia, the UK, the United States, and to others across the globe. We provide voice, data entry, and KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing). Our talented team has over 25 years of combined experience in the BPO space, with a board of directors from the industries of manufacturing, construction and banking.
