In 2016, Matrix performed project management oversight for over $300 million in PCM contracts and in 2017 we will oversee in excess of $450 million. Through it all, Matrix has established a reputation of ensuring projects come in on-time and on-budget. The Matrix performance model centers around providing a project management team specifically tailored to the project's goals and deliverables. The hand-selected team mobilizes at project funding and provides project management and oversight through close-out.
