It also includes Haley/Kammerer, a hospitality consulting firm, Highwater Management, a hospitality management company.SoDel Concepts was founded by chef-restaurateur Matt Haley, the recipient of the James Beard Foundation's 2014 Humanitarian of the Year Award.
