At Citadel, we believe the power to solve issues of poverty lies inside entrepreneurship. We work with social entrepreneurs across the globe to identify creative, sustainable solutions to poverty alleviation and develop these entrepreneurs to lead and scale their ventures. Through countless conversations with business-minded individuals in developing communities, we found there are incredibly bright people with the capacity to lead community transformation, but they need help developing skills and finding resources.We focus on equipping entrepreneurs with four essentials: business knowledge, mentors, community and financial investments.
