We invest across the risk spectrum alongside a valued group of institutional and private capital partners. We target properties consistent with our partners' strategic priorities. These are typically located in the urban core but also include transit oriented or highly amenitized near-in submarkets, in each case supported by macro-economic drivers and strong fundamental demographics. We are flexible and creative buyers, with the ability to address complex transactional issues and embrace property specific challenges.
