Each Eggs Up Grill is locally owned and operated by a franchisee who shares our passion for providing guests with freshly prepared, tasty food, warm hospitality and friendly service.Led by Darby Smith and Jackson Turner, childhood friends, This is the first of five Eggs Up Grills for Franchise Partners Darby Smith and Jackson Turner. Smith and Turner are childhood friends and both have extensive backgrounds in the restaurant industry. Turner is a Clemson native and is the co-owner of First Sun Management with his father. For the last 35 years, the franchising company has owned and operated 19 Wendy's restaurants in South Carolina and Georgia. Smith most recently served as the co-owner of three Henry's Smokehouse Barbecue and Catering restaurants in Greenville, S.C. He is a Clemson graduate and will operate the new restaurant.The partners are especially excited to be opening just two miles from Clemson University, in the heart of off-campus living where they will welcome football fans on game weekends. The duo is targeting Easley, Seneca, and Greenwood for future locations.With seating for 136, plus an outdoor patio for dining for up to 36, the 2,600 square-foot restaurant are designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. Whether dining at the counter feeling the energy from the kitchen, at a table shared with neighbors and friends, outside on the patio or in a cozy booth, guests can choose seating options to suit the perfect occasion or mood. The walls feature artwork specifically designed for Eggs Up Grill that pays homage to its namesake, the Egg.
