Duffy & Associates employs approximately 15 full time staff. We provide complete construction management, design and consulting services as required for every project we take on. Duffy & Associates Design Build Ltd. has managed projects of many scales and across many building types. We do residential, commercial and institutional projects, from complete buildings to detailed renovations. Our work covers the spectrum from pure design to turn-key projects. Over the years we have worked with many notable firms including Ian MacDonald Architect, Shim Sutcliffe Architects, Paul Raff Studio, AgaThom Architects, Superkul, AKB Architects, Partisans, Natale and Scott Architects, and others. We are constantly working towards more effective ways to integrate design with construction -- ideas with execution. We do so by pursuing the most efficient construction management practices, best design, and new technologies. This applies to all projects, from "high end", custom buildings to simpler commercial renovations. Employing green building practices and systems wherever possible, we offer comprehensive consulting to best inform our clients' understanding of, and opportunities to embrace green building solutions.
