The group trades through two branded national retail chains, Italtile and CTM, each focused into a specific market segment, and supported by specialist service departments. Italtile Limited operates in Southern Africa through 95 stores comprising 7 Italtile stores, 80 CTM stores and 8 Top T stores. The group is positioned as a major franchisor, focused on streamlining the parent operation while growing market share and fostering entrepreneurial opportunities through their franchise programme.
