The Space Between is your downtown location for yoga, dance and wellness. We believe movement and the mind are key to finding moments of balance throughout your daily life. This studio space has loving energy from past years of yoga, dance and wellness, blessing The Space Between on a new evolution. The Space Between's name originated from literal and figurative language. When asked where the studio was, I stated that we are literally "The space between Coldwater and Bodega." And in my yoga classes I often use the figurative use of the phrase: "When you can begin to notice the space between your breath, you can begin to notice the space between your words, your thoughts and your actions."We joyfully meet you where you are, today and the next.Much love,Beth
