Our citizen-led recovery planning process demonstrates the importance of visible and deliberate community engagement. We help communities bring people to the table to find solutions for community issues. We also assist communities and organizations pre-disaster. Our backgrounds are varied. We are disaster recovery specialists, urban planners, landscape architects, business owners and community leaders. As a result, we see problems, processes and opportunities through different lenses. It's what makes our combined INSIGHT unique - and why we chose a name that combines our strengths and the event that brought us together.
