Meridian Trust is the new name for Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT) following the voluntary merger with Cambridge Primary Education Trust (CPET) in April 2022. There are now 28 schools within Meridian Trust – 14 primary, 12 secondary and 2 special educational needs - across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Peterborough and Northamptonshire.As a Trust we truly value the success of every child and we place the sharing of excellent education practice at the core of this value. By this simple expedient each academy retains their own local governing bodies, identity and individuality.
