JMK Law is a well-established, new-generation, medium-sized law firm founded in 2018 with the aim of providing creative legal solutions in real time. The Firm has been in active practice of law since then and over time has grown in membership and scale.The Firm has its head office located in Nairobi, Kilimani (Machera Court, Room B5, Wood Avenue - Komo Lane). The Firm has a Branch Office in Mombasa which caters for the whole Coastal Region and a Branch Office in Meru which caters for the Eastern and Central Regions. Currently, the Firm is planning to establish a branch in Kisumu to cater for the Western Region. The intention is to grow the practice countrywide through promoting the strategic distribution of legal services which involves bringing our services to the client's doorstep.The Firm's founding partner, Ms. Jane Makena Kirimi, has practiced for seven (7) years and boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience in diverse areas of law. She previously worked as the Managing Partner at the Firm of Sichangi Partners Advocates having headed the Coast Region Branch of the Firm as well as oversaw various departments at different times in the said Firm. She has also practiced as a Senior Associate in the Conveyancing and Commercial Department in the Firm of Muriu Mungai & Company Advocates (MMC).The Firm offers the following Legal Services: Corporate & Commercial Law Services, Banking, finance & securities services, Real estate or property law services, Legislative drafting & policy formulation services, Litigation& disputes resolution services, Family law, succession and estate planning services, Legal audit & compliance services.
