FAQ Business Training educates and empowers small business owners to do-it-yourself (DIY) or outsource with confidence.Our why, is because after dealing with 1050+ small businesses one on one, face to face, we see common issues including the not knowing what they didn't know and not knowing who to trust - after all everyone has an opinion and a solution. We are sick of seeing small business owners being taken advantage of, paying for expensive products and services they simply didn't need or at the time could not afford and should have directed funds to more profitable areas. For example $40,000 for a simple brochure style website and SEO, and after 6 months having little to show other than a website that didn't even have their main offering on it!So our solution - offer bite sized, affordable, accessible and authentic answers to common business FAQs (frequently asked questions). Some answers will be via free blogs and articles and short courses, others through paid courses.We will be working with people who know their fields, and no fake stats or information here! Our information is validated and a combination of theory and actual experience. We constantly learn and upskill ourselves, but also test and apply learnings.
