Giving patients a membership option allows them to manage their healthcare in a proactive manner to improve health outcomes, decrease the need for emergency visits, and reduce overall healthcare costs. Vision Statement:Our vision is that all uninsured patients in our community can afford preventive treatment from a quality provider so that preventive healthcare is maintained, a loyal patient base is created for a provider, and ultimately a strong patient-provider relationship is developed.
