We are providers of Health , Social and Childcare professionals for clients in their own homes , Residential & Nursing Homes as well as Public and Private sector. We offer a wide range of agency services, including Healthcare, Personalised Care, Childcare and Permanent Placements, which includes personnel ranging from Care Assistants, Registered Nurses, Registered Social workers through to Support and Childcare workers.We not only provide personnel but also act as a fully integrated personalised domiciliary care provider. All Promises of Care care workers attend training in accordance with current Skills for Care Common Induction Standards. Further specialist training programmes are available, as well as a comprehensive NVQ programme. Topics covered include: Moving and Handling; Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Safe Handling of Medication, Emergency First Aid, Principles of Care, Role of Care Worker, Needs of Service User, Continence Care, Basic Infection Control and Adult Protection training. Promises of Care also work closely with any partner professionals involved in a service user's care to ensure that joint training takes place where appropriate, enabling continuous learning and adaptation to changing circumstances.
