I work with people who are experiencing unusually big changes and challenges in their life and they're tired of feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and afraid. People who feel that something is wrong with their life but they don't know what it is. Too often they've been doing so much for others, they don't even know what they want anymore, but they do know that they're not living the life they are meant to live. Working with me, we go through an in-depth process of uncovering and uprooting lifelong fears, blind spots, triggers – aspects of themselves that are simply no longer working.Through this process I help people discover that who they have been is NOT who they will always be, resulting in greater confidence and peace of mind. Now people are ready to create more fulfilling work experiences, healthy/loving relationships, and an overall vibrant well-being.
