For instance, we travel by private and comfortable transport, and stay in elegant hotels, châteaux and paradors, which are intimate and full of regional charm; we enjoy intimate gourmet dinners, often in very small restaurants, and private wine tastings; we explore tiny medieval villages and historic sights with private expert local guides; and we go "behind the scenes" to meet charming local people along the way.
