This gave rise to Best Deal Car Service. Today, Best Deal mobile dispatch locations can be found on the grounds of the Bay Plaza mall in front of the AMC Movie Theater, Kmart, Stop & Shop and the Mall at Bay Plaza.In July of 2015, Best Deal of Westchester was formed to service the needs of our customers in the communities that border the North East Bronx.Best Deal's mission remains to provide our customers with the finest & safest transportation service available.
