Advanced Technical Avionics, LLC (ATA) is a premier small business specializing in design and manufacture of high reliability cable assemblies, wire harness assemblies, and Mechanical and Electromechanical Box Assemblies. Our capabilities include molding, laser printing, and testing services. ATA has a 15 Ton Injection Screw Mold machine to accommodate production of custom strain reliefs, back-shells, breakouts, ferrites, and other special features. We have the same capability for Pour Molding of special features ideally suited for low volume production runs. Cable and harness assemblies are marked using a state of the art Laselec MRO Laser Wire Marking machine, which supports production from 26AWG to 6AWG wire at a minimum distance of one inch between markings.The ATA engineering and production team can support your box build assembly or aircraft component and system design projects from conception to completion.
