In 2014 we launched Poor Devil Pepper Company, a raw fermented hot sauce company focused on creating the best organic sauces on the market utilizing fresh local produce, old world fermentation techniques with unique flavors. Completely free of vinegar, additives and artificial anything. Because of the unpasteurized, fresh nature of these products they can be found in the refrigeration case. The goal is to rethink what is in the sauces you put on your foods on the day to day and supporting beyond sustainable local agriculture.
