Our Personal Training at BigTime Results is developed for clients using a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) (Includes a cholesterol screening), client's goals and client's results during their fitness testing. After assessing these 3 components we develop a plan of success for our clients. That plan includes an individualized workout and nutrition plan!We have our very own registered dietitian that will develop a healthy plan for any goal that is realistic and sustainable. Our Certified Personal Trainers will develop and implement a workout plan that will help you meet all your individual goals!
