Functional Patterns Texas is a Biomechanics Training Facility. Our mission is teaching people how to live a pain free life by adopting and applying our methodology and philosophy. We focus on orienting our training around our evolutionary blueprint as humans - standing, walking, running, and throwing. We find by enhancing these functions we are able to help clients address problems such as scoliosis, desk posture, acute and chronic injuries caused from repetitive stress, and sports specific injuries. We work with all kinds of people. Our members range from 7 to 75 years of age and come from all walks of life. Some are professional athletes looking to up their performance, while others want to properly address their scoliosis-related issues.
