New Concept travel was founded by Bernard Bialylew who has 40 years experience in the Travel and Tourism industry and Malcolm Lindop whose achievements in the UK travel scene have been outstanding. As we were colleagues and now friends and partners our philosophy has been to provide land services to Travel Agents around Asia at the utmost level of service but at a most competitive costs. All our staff have long experience in all the Far Eastern markets, our coordinators in Europe speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, very soon Thai and of course English. Our head office in Hong Kong is the doorway to Europe with staff having an average of 20 years in the industry, having worked together for decades. The team is very tight knit and respond very fast to all queries! Having our own staff in London we are of course supremely confident to be competitive and offer great product for the UK and Ireland, France and Benelux. We specialize in: Groups, tourists and incentive but also have the skill and the attention needed to handle MICE, full service FIT, study tours, special interest tours, extremely luxury groups/FIT, fair groups and Pilgrimage groups. We specialize in cruise pre & post tours, transfers and all other types of land services! We are not just another local operator, we see ourselves as your partners! With our vast knowledge and expertise of the world we are constantly developing new areas of operation for the expansion of our partners product lines!
