Step Back Leadership Consulting was founded by Jason Barger, a motivational speaker, leadership coach, culture and service visionary.Through his books, leadership consulting, culture-shaping and motivational keynote speeches, he passionately strives to help companies develop their people, culture, service and clarity of mission, vision and values for the future so they can make a positive impact on the world.
