ABOUT US:ALTECRETE operational since 1994, is a medium sized expanding company. Specialising in the Research and Development of Tunnel Guard and Minecrete S3 Super Strong Shotcrete for underground support. ALTECRETE also supplies, maintains and services equipment and pumps necessary for use in the application of Tunnel Guard (Thin Spray Liner) and Minecrete S3 (Super Strong Shotcrete).ALTECRETE has become the world leaders in these technologies to support, seal, and consolidate various problematic rock types and prevent oxidation of the rock in standard and high-risk areas. To date our products – Tunnel Guard and Minecrete are used in the Gold, Nickel, Platinum, Diamond, Copper, Chrome, Silver and Coal Industries.Our head office is situated in the West Rand, Johannesburg, South Africa with our factory and Production offices situated in Carletonville. In addition, we have recently opened a branch in South America, Peru – Lima.INTRODUCTION AND AIM:• We strive to create a meaningful contribution to the economic, social, and environmental development. Continuous quality control is performed before releasing our material, giving our clients peace of mind.Ongoing research and development are imperative to the constant growth of ALTECRETE and its leading products. Our products are frequently put through stringent testing by Rock mechanic Laboratories, Geopractica, Cermalab and Firelabs to ensure the highest quality product always.
