Our appraisal experience covers all urban property types from single family to large multiple family complexes and from small retail properties to large motels, hotels, retail complexes, office buildings, and special purpose properties. In addition, we have appraisers specializing in rural and resource properties and commercial properties on the Oregon and Washington coast.
