The principals of Blue Heron, Paul Stern and Jason Mathena, bring to bear decades of local experience in residential housing, land development and real estate brokerage. Both Paul and Jason are both second-generation home builders, and have spent their entire lives in the industry, "enjoying the ride" and honing their craft.
