"A Breathing Space for Women"Providing Specialized Counseling Services for Women, I strive to create a safe space for women in all stages of life, to breathe, reflect, heal, and ultimately challenge themselves to create meaningful change in their lives. There are various challenges women often experience throughout life, including identity concerns, navigating work and family responsibilities, relationship concerns, body image concerns, considering the entrance into motherhood, fertility concerns, birth challenges, parenting concerns and many others. It is my true life's passion to connect with and help other women know they are not alone in their struggles and that they have the inner strength and resiliency to overcome hurts and create the life they desire. My collaborative, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental, and affirming approach to therapy, serves as a basis for people to examine their lives and begin on the road to creating lasting, meaningful, change.
