Through years of constructing projects for clients through the typical bid/build concept, we have identified the loss of communication between the designers and the constructors create cost over runs and repetitive designing. The Nikao Group brings all of the important players to the project upon its inception. This allows the constructors and the designers to communicate upon the vision of a project. They work directly with our in house and/or outside designers to develop a design that both meet the client's needs and budget.
