Star Knife Sharpening is a full service, on-site culinary knife sharpening and repair service for fine dining restaurants. We have been providing top of the line personal service to the culinary industry for 15 years. Each truck in the fleet services fine dining kitchens on-site and cares for their professional cutlery and kitchen blades. Our trucks travel to each restaurant location so that the staff and work flow is never disrupted. Each truck is equipped with the patented sharpening equipment and also houses a complete cutlery store. We continue to serve the San Antonio metro area, the Houston Metro Area and the Austin Metro area, as well as the Hill Country.
