Hook & Cross is a multi-tiered company with its roots in combat sports. Primarily a fitness company, we offer 1:1 personal training and consulting in fitness, strength & conditioning, and nutrition, as well as boot camps and group training, online and in person. Additionally, Hook & Cross has it's own apparel store, offering clothes with unique designs by fighters - for fighters and fight fans.
