Our artisan sourdough fugazza is inspired by a rich Italian baking heritage, and is created using a unique combination of wholemeal, rye and white flours. True to its origins, it is baked to order, rather than pressed – which produces a beautifully light, crisp crust. Fugazza fillings are traditional, top quality ingredients such as taleggio and stracchino cheeses, porcini mushrooms and traditionally prepared smallgoods. Our soups and salads follow authentic Tuscan recipes and embody the Italian philosophy of simplicity and quality. Our menu and portion sizes are designed to be flexible, so you can choose a combination that's right for you. Fugazza coffee is sourced directly from a renowned roaster in Italy and blended according to the traditional style to deliver outstanding consistency and flavour.Our soft drinks include the distinctive Abbondio range, which is one of the oldest soft drink brands in Italy and consistently voted the world's best maker of Chinotto.
