Since most insurance companies have their own Wellness Programs, OCM focuses on original Medicare insured individuals. OCM services all senior locations such as: assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, community centers, aging services centers as well as independent provider offices. Our services come with a Certificate of Participation once services are completed. This will show your state and federal agencies, your initiative in going above and beyond for your insured's care.
