Pozuelo Siglo 21 Foundation (FPS21) was created in 2006 under Law 1/1998, of March 2, the Law on Foundations of Madrid Autonomous Community. These foundations are established for serving, in its territory, the general needs of the public. FPS21 in cooperation with the city council exploits the spaces for technologic events, training programmes and research in Pozuelo.
