The Company acquired Westronic Inc., a designer and manufacturer of intelligent device monitoring and alarm management solutions to telecommunications, electric, water and gas utilities, oil and gas companies and Original Equipment Manufacturers and System Integrators.The Metals segment provides custom metal fabrication services to the Telecom segment and to third-party customers. The Metals segment also designs, manufactures, markets and sells metering equipment, fabricated enclosures, pole line hardware and other products to the Canadian electrical industry through its Hydel product line.
